Charles A. Stock

Charles A. Stock is an experienced litigator who brings a balance of common sense, tenacity and sharp legal analysis to each of his cases. As a life-long resident of the Red River Valley, he understands the context of each case and vigorously represents his clients.

For many years, Mr. Stock has worked with insurance companies and corporations, both large and small. In addition, Mr. Stock also assists individuals that need assistance in obtaining a fair settlement or an attorney to vigorously represent them in litigation. By working on both sides of the table, Mr. Stock has a unique perspective and useful experience in dealing with a variety of legal issues. He has tried numerous cases to verdict before both juries and judges, and is licensed to practice in all Minnesota and North Dakota State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Stock also works as a State's Attorney for Griggs and Steele County in North Dakota. In addition to his prosecutorial duties, he also provides legal assistance in managing these two rural counties.

In college, he was an All American Linebacker and Captain of the 1988 Championship Football Team. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, hunting, fishing and golfing (as much as time allows).
